Q : I had an accident more than three years ago, can I still claim for compensation ?
A : Probably not but there are exceptions and if you wish to be advised further please contact our Personal Injury Department.
Q : Is there a time limit for making a claim for compensation for work related diseases ?
A : Yes but it is based on quite complicated criteria and it is best to get professional advice so do contact our Personal Injury Department.
Q : Is there a fixed amount of compensation for injuries ?
A : No. It depends on the severity of the injury, how long the symptoms last and the effect it has on your life. We at Beecham Peacock will obtain appropriate medical evidence and advise you fully on the compensation you are entitled to.
Q : Can I get any medical treatment to help me recover as well as compensation ?
A : Yes. We can arrange all forms of treatment and seek to have it funded by the insurers. We work closely with a range of skilled medical practitioners of the highest calibre and reputation.
Q : Will I have to pay anything ?
A : No. You will be advised as to whether you have good prospects of being successful in a claim and there will be no charge for that. Your claim can then be funded by a "No Win No Fee" agreement. Alternatively if you are a member of a union then they can fund your claim.
